A felony drug charge filed in 2003 against rocker Scott Weiland was dismissed following the singer's stint in rehab. A judge dropped the heroin and cocaine possession charge on July 12 after the Velvet Revolver frontman completed a drug program, said Sandi Gibbons, a spokeswoman for the district attorney.
