Tom Sizemore's sordid slide from Hollywood's A-list continued Friday. The once in-demand actor had his probation revoked and was ordered to remain in a locked-down rehab center after copping to using a prosthetic device to fake drug tests, among other bad behavior. The judge scheduled a Sept. 15 hearing to determine whether to allow Sizemore to remain in rehab or go to state prison.
