Courtney Love has once again been sentenced to jail time, but will be sent to rehab instead. Courtney was sentenced to 6 months in jail for parole violations, but will instead serve her time at a drug rehab center.

Courtney Love has had her rehab period extended to a further six months for violating conditions of her probation. At a court hearing last week ( September 16 ) Judge Rand S. Rubin informed Love that she would be spending 180 days in the county jail.
