Hospital to shut down cardiac rehab

Arnold Waller has two weeks of cardiac rehab left in phase II of his recovery from quadruple bypass surgery. For three days a week, he heads to the cardiac rehab lab at Campbell County Memorial Hospital where he can take advantage of treadmills, bicycles and other exercise equipment.
