English gets drug rehab, jail sentence
Found guilty of violating his probation on a Sacramento County drug conviction, former Fairfield City Councilman John English on Friday received two consecutive 90-day jail sentences and was ordered to participate in a Sacramento County Jail drug rehabilitation program.
